Intrepid Artists Int’l Is Thrilled to Welcome Jimmy Carpenter to the Family!

Intrepid Artists Int’l is thrilled to welcome one of the Best Damn Sax players on the planet and one of the absolute nicest guys you’ll ever meet to the Intrepid Family.

Jimmy Carpenter has been a “friend of the agency” dating back close to 30 years. Everyone knows he is lethal on Sax but he’s proven to the world that he is also a great singer, songwriter and Frontman. Whether he is fronting his band or his band featuring the Bender Brass, he has become a Festival Fan Favorite (FFF) and a recognizable, reliable figure in our industry. Fans love Jimmy’s approach and interaction with the other musicians on stage and love his “stand up guy” personality off stage.

Basically, He’s an All Around Bad Ass!  Laissez les bons temps rouler! Get some! Only at Intrepid!

Chubby’s consistently blistering, typically intricate axe work is complemented by his full-throttled vocals, soulful and strong enough that he could pass as a stand-alone singer.”

Robert Jon & The Wreck: Ride Into The Light Review

“Robert Jon and the Wreck continue to turn out memorable music with Ride Into The Light. The band certainly was surrounded with an all-star production team on this set of tracks with Joe Bonamassa, Josh Smith, Dave Cobb, and Don Was. There isn’t a bad track in the set. Ride Into The Light should continue Robert Jon and the Wreck’s wave of success, so hop in and don’t let up, this ride isn’t ending anytime soon.”

The Cold Stares – 20 Modern Rock Bands You Need to Know About 2023

The Cold Stares

“Originally from Western Kentucky, the band is composed of guitarist Chris Tapp, drummer Brian Mullins and bassist Bryce Klueh. They are authentic, hard rock, blues/rock, and rock & roll with powerful vocals and outstanding songs. With hints of SRV, Black Sabbath, The Black Crowes, Free and Led Zeppelin, this band is known for their songwriting and heavy grooves. The Cold Stares have gone from a bare-bones two-man sound to a more fleshed-out approach that channels a vintage power trio vibe with the addition of their bass player. They have toured nationwide alongside Rival Sons, Spoon, Joe Bonamassa, Big Head Todd and the Monsters. Their newest album is Voices.”

Intrepid Artists Int’l Is Honored and Excited to Announce The Signing of Chris Cain

Intrepid Artists Int’l is honored and excited to announce the signing of Chris Cain. Take some influences from B.B. King, Albert King, Ray Charles, and a pinch of Albert Collins. Throw in some dazzling blues and jazz guitar chops, a rich soulful baritone vocal delivering original music, strong lyrics with sophisticated chord changes, various horns, and keyboards, all delivered with an uptown cool that never lacks searing passion and you have all the ingredients that make up the one and only, Chris Cain. His fifteenth CD, released on the Alligator Records Label last year, Raisin’ Cain, ranks among his best. As far as Blues Guitarists go, Chris is a Heavyweight all in a class by himself, a REAL Blues Giant!!! Just check out what some have to say about Chris and his playing…

Chris Cain? Now that boy can PLAY the guitar!” -B.B. King

Hands down my favorite blues player on the scene today. He’s an absolute blinder of a guitarist, with the voice of B.B. King and the chops of Albert King.” -Joe Bonamassa

Chris Cain is a hot-shot guitarist and a singer with the maturity of blues masters like Bobby Bland and B.B. King.” -The Washington Post

Intrepid Artists Int’l is Thrilled to Welcome Blues Prodigy, D.K. Harrell to The Intrepid Family!

We expect to be talking about D.K. and his talents for many years to come. It is hard to imagine anyone could watch this kid perform and not see the glaring resemblances in both his mannerisms and playing style to that of one Riley B King, AKA B.B. King. Make no mistake though, this is no tribute! D.K. is his own man and honors The King’s Legacy thru his original music. D.K. is a breath of fresh air in The Blues Community and he’s gonna knock your socks off! You’re gonna love him!!!

Let the Good Times Roll!!!
